The Sparta Prague Tennis Club ensures the operation of the National Tennis Centre of the Czech Tennis Federation and thus takes care of the education and development of talents in the Czech Republic. Players aged 10-14 years are assigned to the youth tennis centre, juniors aged 15-18 years belong to the top sport centre and the culmination of the whole system is the national tennis centre under 21 years. This comprehensive system of education provides talented youngsters not only with optimal training conditions, but also with follow-up facilities and all-round care. 

The club offers comprehensive provision for all players of all ages. This service includes the provision of professional coaches, fitness trainers, chiropractor or masseur. The Sparta Prague Tennis Club also thinks about the health of its athletes and cooperates with several doctors so that maximum care is always ensured, among the biggest partners in this respect is the AGEL group. 

The comprehensive system of training at TK Sparta Praha is involved in the player's tennis development. The aim is not only to educate players for the world tennis, but also personalities with a moral code, who will respect the rules of fair-play, be proud of their country and their club and be a role model for others. The club is also ready for a development stage, whereby a player can choose to play university tennis due to his skills and knowledge.
